Wedel, Germany / Dubai, UAE, October 14, 2025 – Today medac, a globally active pharmaceutical company specialising in therapeutic solutions for oncology, rheumatology, urology and hematology, announced the acquisition of Biotech Pharma, based in Dubai.

The signing ceremony took place on October 9, in Dubai, with Frank Lucaßen (Chief Executive Officer, medac), Manfred Köhler (Chief Commercial Officer, medac) and Huthaifa Salem (General Manager, Biotech Pharma) present on site.

Following this acquisition, medac will establish its own entity, medac pharma LLC, that will be managed and operated by the experienced Biotech Pharma team.
