Wedel, 25 February 2026 – With the appointment of Dr Christoph Willers as Chief Scientific Officer (CSO), the Management Board of the medac Group has been fully established. Science and Development are being further strengthened as a strategic dimension of corporate leadership, underscoring the scientific foundation and innovative strength of medac.
Clear responsibility for Research, Development and the Pipeline
As CSO, Dr Willers is responsible for Research, Preclinical and Clinical Development, Clinical Studies, as well as Pipeline and Portfolio Management. His mandate is to consistently align research and development with medical needs while further strengthening scientific excellence.
