Rechtzeitige Organisation und Überwachung interner und externer Termine (Bsp. Wartungsplanung)
Schulung und Betreuung interner und externer Auftragnehmer
Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Dokumenten inkl. Ablage von Wartungsdokumentation
Allgemeine Korrespondenz
Bestellwesen inkl. Angebotseinholung und Reklamationsmanagement
Das bringen Sie mit
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich
Erfahrungen im GMP-Umfeld wünschenswert
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Programmen
Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
Serviceorientiert und freundlicher Umgang
Exakte, lösungsorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Kreativität, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
