Unterstützung des Stammpersonals im Bereich Lohnfertigung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten
Pflege und Ablage von auftragsbezogenen Dokumenten und Unterlagen
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Prozessaufträgen und Begleitdokumenten
Zuarbeit für die Bereiche Planung, Einkauf und Lager/Logistik (z. B. Datenerfassung, Vorbereitung von Unterlagen)
Erfassung und Pflege von Daten in SAP und weiteren Systemen
Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung einer vollständigen Dokumentation gemäß Vorgaben
Allgemeine kaufmännische Sachbearbeitung im Tagesgeschäft
Das bringen Sie mit
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Erfahrung im Büro- oder administrativen Umfeld von Vorteil
Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP)
Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
