Are you a Tender & Pricing Professional experienced in pharma or medtech, ready for your next challenge? We are hiring a Nordic Tender & Pricing Manager to join our dynamic team at medac Nordics.
About the Role
The Nordic Tender & Pricing Manager plays a critical role in shaping and executing pricing and tender strategies across the Nordic pharmaceutical markets. This role ensures competitive, compliant, and value-driven pricing and tender submissions that align with business objectives and local market dynamics.
Key responsibilities
Lead the preparation and submission of pharmaceutical tenders across Nordic markets, ensuring timely, compliant, and accurate documentation. Monitor tender portals, analyse outcomes, and maintain internal records. Collaborate cross-functionally to meet regulatory and business requirements.
Develop and maintain pricing strategies aligned with corporate goals and local HTA/reimbursement frameworks. Manage price approvals, submissions, and changes in coordination with Nordic and HQ stakeholders. Support negotiations with pharmacies, wholesalers, and health authorities.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and reimbursement landscapes. Provide strategic recommendations and support forecasting and scenario planning for pricing and tender activities.

In medac Nordics, we are a dedicated team of 34 employees working within Sales, Marketing, Medical, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and IT. The Nordic head office is located in The Point Hyllie, where we have 12 office-based employees. In addition, we have smaller local offices in Finland and Norway and many field-based employees.
