About the role


The Nordic Brand Lead Rheumatology is a position with focus on developing and executing brand strategy for rheumatology products. The role coordinates marketing activities and campaigns, supports sales teams with brand messaging and collaborates closely also with other functions in our Nordic team and at the global HQ.

Location


Field-based/Home office based in Sweden, Norway or Finland. Some travelling across the Nordic region is expected.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Nordic brand strategy for rheumatology and dermatology products, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives
  • Lead the creation and implementation of annual brand plans, including market analysis, positioning, and tactical activities
  • Analyse sales, market, and competitor data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating insights into actionable plans
  • Drive product lifecycle management initiatives, including launches, indication updates, and portfolio optimisation
  • Coordinate cross-functional brand team activities, collaborating closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access and global HQ
  • Support sales teams with brand messaging, campaign roll-outs, and promotional/educational materials

To be successful in this role you shall have experience of

  • Brand management

  • Brand strategy and planning

  • Sales, market and competitor analytics

  • Brand positioning, campaigns and promotional/ educational materials

  • Product Lifecycle Management activities

  • KOL and stakeholder engagement and prioritization

  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, medical, market access, regulatory, supply chain etc.

  • Nordic healthcare systems, regulatory environment and marketing ethics

  • Summarize scientific information/publications and make valid conclusions

  • Interact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders in the therapeutic area, and have the ability to build and maintain networks

Education

  • Degree in Communication, Marketing or the equivalent

Work Experience

  • Minimum 5-10 years in a communication, marketing or sales position in pharma industry

  • Advantage with experience from working within Rheumatology and Dermatology in a sales, marketing or communication role, alternatively within the healthcare sector. Experience from working towards more than one Nordic country is an advantage

Language Skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, in English and a Nordic language. Other Nordic languages, especially Finnish, is an advantage

IT Skills

  • MS Office365, specifically well-versed in PowerPoint and Excel.
